Telephone Troubles Fixed!

I’m back online as of approximately 11 AM this morning. Playing catch-up with email and other net necessities.

What annoys me most about the entire incident is that not once, from beginning to end, did I speak to a real human being. It was all done by automation including the call this afternoon to tell me the trouble was identified and repaired.

The sales pitch at the end wasn’t all that unexpected but is it really appropriate either?
